The base water material was made in Substance Designer. Using UE4's Material Editor, I was able to bring the water to life by animating the normals.

UVs for all assets were done in Maya. For the ruins specifically, the textures are handpainted in Substance Painter.

Across many generations, it has been told that the inscriptions on these ruins are those of a lost language. Though yet to be understood, it is thought that the secrets of these puzzling structures shall provide passage to the world unknown, but not forgotten. As the sun plummets past that earthly barrier and the lunatic’s moon rises, that which is most precious shall be revealed. Tread lightly however, for secrets pass softly and beauty can be deceiving.
