Created and exposed switch parameters which allows for toggling emissive and opacity maps as some materials will not utilize those maps, as well as value parameters which allow control of emissive strength, tiling amount, tessellation factor, and height.

Using UE4 Blueprints, I created modular asset groups such as floor tiles overlayed with a grate material, and wall pieces with light sources.
